One of my passions is the sport Standup Paddleboard. You can see me paddling on Sävelången or other lakes around Floda almost every night. It is a very fun and very healthy form of excercise.
I have during the winter of 2019 taken courses to become a certified trainer/coach in SUP paddling. It is a form of excercise that if you do it correctly is very similar to X-Country skiing. It is an excellent way for skiers to stay in shape during the summer. Every part of your body is used when you train SUP.
